What is an NFC & QR Review Stand?
An NFC & QR Review Stand is a compact display you can place at your reception desk, checkout counter, or consultation area. It allows customers to leave a review on the spot using NFC or a QR code, without having to register or receive a review invitation via email or link.
How does the NFC & QR Review Stand work?
All your customers need is a smartphone with NFC functionality and an internet connection. Alternatively, they can simply scan the QR code. You can order your NFC & QR Review Stand directly from your ProvenExpert account in just a few clicks. During checkout, you link the stand to a survey of your choice.
Once your stand arrives, place it somewhere your customers are likely to see and use it, such as your reception desk, checkout counter, consultation area, or waiting room. Customers simply hold their smartphone near the stand or scan the QR code. Your selected survey opens automatically, allowing them to submit their feedback straight away.
How much does the NFC & QR Review Stand cost?
The NFC & QR Review Stand costs €19.99, excluding VAT and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the package size and destination country.
How can I order an NFC & QR Review Stand?
You can order your NFC & QR Review Stand directly through your ProvenExpert account in just a few clicks. During the ordering process, you'll need to link your stand to a survey. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: Order directly from a survey
Open the survey you want to use in your account. You'll see the NFC & QR Review Stand option on that page. Click the corresponding link to open the order form. Your stand will automatically be linked to the selected survey.
Option 2: Order through the Add-ons menu
Go to the "Add-ons" section in your ProvenExpert account and select the NFC & QR Review Stand from the available features. Click "Buy Review Stand" to access your surveys. By default, the NFC & QR Review Stand will be linked to your first survey.
Want to use a different survey? Simply open your preferred survey and click the NFC & QR Review Stand link. From there, the ordering process is the same as in Option 1.
Complete your order: Select the number of stands you'd like to order in the upper-right corner. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically. Enter your name and delivery address, then select your preferred payment method. Click "Complete Order" to proceed. Review your order details carefully. If everything is correct, click "Order" to confirm your purchase.
Can I use the NFC & QR Review Stand with any ProvenExpert plan?
Yes. The NFC & QR Review Stand is available with all ProvenExpert plans. You only need an active ProvenExpert account and at least one survey to get started.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers don't need to download an app or create an account. They simply need an internet connection and can use either NFC or the QR code to access your survey.
What are the dimensions of the NFC & QR Review Stand?
The NFC & QR Review Stand is 14 cm tall and has a 5 cm base, making it easy to position wherever you interact with customers.
Where should I place my NFC & QR Review Stand?
Place your stand somewhere customers naturally pause, make a payment, or finish an interaction with your business. Good locations include reception desks, checkout counters, consultation areas, and waiting rooms.
