It is currently not possible to phrase your own questions for a survey.
The following options are currently available:

You can principally shorten your surveys.

You can deactivate/activate entire question categories.

You can deactivate/activate individual questions.
-
You can create surveys on different topics.
The option to edit surveys is available as long as you have not yet received a rating for the survey in question and if you are in the BASIC, PLUS or PREMIUM plan.
The option to edit a survey is available on the survey page for each survey by clicking on the blue pencil:
