How can I add the name of the reviewer if he/she submitted the review to ProvenExpert anonymously and only forgot to enter the name?

There are two possibilities here:

1. Ask the reviewer to revise - there is a button for this under the respective rating:

2. Alternatively, contact our support team support@provenexpert.com. However, the support team needs confirmation that the reviewer agrees to the revision.
