How do I change my payment details for my ProvenExpert subscription?
You can easily change your payment details in your subscription settings.
- To change your payment details, such as your bank details or payment method, go to Administration > Subscription & Invoices in the side navigation.
- Here, make sure that you have selected the "Settings" tab
- Then scroll down to "Payment method"
- After you have clicked on the blue editing pencil, you can select a different payment method, for example:
Depending on your country and payment period (monthly or yearly), different payment options may be displayed here.
- You can also change the data of your existing payment method, e.g. your credit card number.
- Click on "Save" to make your changes effective immediately.
