To verify the authenticity of reviews, ProvenExpert has taken measures to ensure that the published reviews only come from consumers who have actually used or purchased the reviewed services or goods.

Imported reviews from other online platforms such as Google, Yelp or Amazon are included in the overall rating. No verification measures have been taken with regard to the imported reviews. The ratings can be displayed in such a way that the ratings verified exclusively by ProvenExpert and the imported ratings can be seen separately.
