Can I publish the dialogue conducted with a customer after having been reviewed? I want to be transparent on ProvenExpert regarding the reasons for the rating.

  • Currently, the customer dialogue cannot be published.

  • However, the profile owner can comment on a review at any time.

  • To do so, click on the desired rating > View rating:

  • Go to Comment in order to leave your statement:

Notice:

  • In case a reviewer has agreed to be contacted by the profile owner, you can send an email to the reviewer:

  • You can use Ask reviewer to make a change to request a change to the review:
