Why do I suddenly no longer have an award in my ProvenExpert profile?

Reasons for this can be:

• Reviews are not published or are subsequently made invisible.

• Fewer reviews are collected in the new month, reducing the total for the last 12 months, as ratings older than 12 months are not taken into account.

• New ratings result in a average of less than 4.5 stars.

As soon as the criteria are met again, the corresponding award will also reappear on the profile.
