      Can I change the plan?

      • Yes, you can switch between the different plans at any time.

      • Upgrades are carried out immediately. To do this, click on Upgrade in the menu and select your desired plan.

      • Downgrades will only take effect at the end of the term of the already booked plan.
      • Example: If you would like to switch from PLUS to BASIC, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@provenexpert.com. The switch will then happen automatically at the end of the current contract term of your BASIC package.
