How does the ProvenExpert arbitration procedure work?

• A prerequisite for the arbitration procedure to be initiated is that the review in question is reported. See When and how can I report a review?

• After a review has been reported, the reviewer, if he has given his consent, will be contacted and asked for proof of the service used.

• If they are unable to provide this, the review will be removed based on our review policy and measures to verify consumer reviews.
