• Your top competencies are the customer satisfaction criteria where you have been rated best in your surveys. This shows you in which areas (e.g. "professionalism" or "efficiency") you score particularly well.

This is how they are displayed in the public profile:

• These result from the average values of the ratings for the respective criteria. In case of an equal average value, the number of ratings decides the order of the top competencies.

• The stars are weighted and offset against the number.
