Why are stars, overall rating, recommendation rate and awards missing on my seal?

Only if you publish all your customer feedback will your overall rating, recommendation rate and stars be displayed on the rating seal.

Only if you publish your entire customer feedback will your overall rating, recommendation rate and stars be displayed on the rating seal and your ProvenExpert profile.

If you do not release a rating within 72 hours, only the number of published reviews and the date of the most recent review will be displayed on the seal and ProvenExpert profile.

This is for legal reasons and maintains transparency for consumers.

As soon as you have published all ratings, this view changes again automatically.

Overview of possible reasons:

EITHER

• The reviews have not yet been published by the profile owner (in the first 72 hours after receiving the review, the seal remains unchanged)

OR

• The profile owner is unable to publish all reviews because he has reached the limit of publicly visible reviews:

• There are reviews in the arbitration process.
