What exactly is Video & Photo Reviews?
Photo & Video Reviews is a ProvenExpert feature that you can add from the BASIC plan onwards. Once activated, your customers can add photos or short videos to their reviews. You can then display these directly on your profile.

What are the benefits of Video & Photo Reviews?
Reviews featuring photos and short videos are becoming increasingly common – and for good reason. Visual content makes reviews more tangible and helps potential customers quickly understand the experiences others have had with your business. Put simply: Stars show that customers are satisfied. Photos and videos show why. This gives them a different kind of credibility than text-only reviews. If you invite customers to leave a review individually, you can also ask those who share particularly strong experiences for permission to use their photos or videos on social media or your landing pages. This way, selected video testimonials can have an impact beyond your ProvenExpert profile.
How much do Video & Photo Reviews cost?
You can add Photo & Video Reviews to the BASIC plan or higher for €19.99/month plus VAT. Photo & Video Reviews are already included in the PREMIUM plan.
If I activate Video & Photo Reviews, do my customers have to leave video reviews?
No. Customers can still leave text-only reviews. Adding photos or videos is completely optional.
And how do my customers upload photos and videos?
Uploading photos or short videos is easy. Once your customers open the survey, they can simply drag and drop the file into the designated upload field.
When submitting their review, customers confirm that they accept ProvenExpert’s Privacy Policy and Review Guidelines. These also specify that users may only upload media for which they hold the necessary rights.
Can I upload photos to my customers’ reviews myself?
No. Photos and videos can only be uploaded by the customers submitting the review. As the business inviting them to leave a review, you cannot upload media yourself. This ensures that the photos and videos come directly from the person who submitted the review.
Who checks the photos and videos uploaded by my customers?
Uploaded photos and videos are automatically screened by AI for violent or sexual content before being approved. If the system identifies an unclear case, our Service Team is notified and carries out a manual review before approving the content.
